Abigail Martín Maldonado works at Euroleague Basketball since the founding of the company in 2000, starting at the marketing and communication department until year 2005 when she takes over the direction of the then recently created Events Department to successfully develop, among others, such events as the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four and the 7DAYS EuroCup Finals.

In 2015, her career does a new turn using her experience as Events Director to be part of the negotiation committee for new hosting partners for the Final Four and other events projects while she also takes over the management of the development of new projects such as the Legends Program and the direction of the department of corporate social responsibility of Euroleague Basketball, nowadays as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Development Projects.
