Phillip Hastings
VP Event Experiences at Golden State Warriors
Phillip Hastings is in his fourth year with the Golden State Warriors organization, and his second as vice president, event experiences. Hastings will direct all aspects of the Chase Center guest experience to insure delivering world class customer service to all Chase Center guests, employees, talent, and clients.
He is be directly responsible for the development, training and management of the guest services staff including ushers, ticket takers, the concierge staff and the uniform operation. Additionally, Hastings oversees the event security team which partners with Allied Universal Services.
Prior to joining the Warriors, Hastings spent 14 Seasons with the Orlando Magic where he led the arena operations team and helped open the Amway Center.
